Media Player 1.0.33 (Mac)

I ran into an issue earlier today when trying to launch the .32 version. It simply wouldn't open. Icon bounced once, acted like it was opening and then never did. I tried to restart, problem still existed. Deleted application form the Applications folder and updated to .33, problem still exists. Any ideas why I cant get the application to run?
