media player wont start

i get the folowing error every time i try to start media player
capplication::Create() failed -check log file and that it is writable

i already tried to unistall and reinstall

This is frustrating getting no support on my problem. I tried to uninstall run ccleaner re install not luck

Check your internet connection. If that is good, post the HS Internal log for Player.

DVDFab Media Player V.1.0.3.5

Get exactly the same error, it looks like it’s because I have folder redirection (My Documents) as I am joined to a network domain.
It’s NOT an internet connection issue.
Please fix this problem or I what my money back.

Where do I find the log file. Have search *.log on all hard drives and my redirected My Documents folder, found nothing that looks like it's from DVDFab Media Player.
