    What crap this is...

I tried to use this software....downloaded the latest version.

    Installed it.

    Opened it.

"Tried" to open a Blue-Ray Folder I ripped earlier today on my PC (Here Comes The Boom)

    I chose Full Navigation....it crashed.

I tried again and chose the other option...seems to be OK.

I tried to choose the Full Navigation again...it crashed.

And now I cannot use the software...My Trial has ended it says...

I thought this was 30-days not three minutes.

    Crap...Crap....On a Mac.

Certain Blu-rays only play in Quick and Simple mode even with the windows version, probably has nothing to do with it being on a Mac. You are correct about the trial, it is 30 days and should work. No need to be rude.

The app should not crash if it can't play...maybe the app should be less rude (and not crash).

New titles/authoring schemes are added to full nav mode with almost every release.

Thats all fine and dandy, but nothing frustrates me (and I am sure many others on this list) more than an app crashing for no good/apparent reason...and in my opinion, this should be an avoidable crash (and frustration to the end user)

It certainly should not crash, it should fail gracefully if it must, I agree. But you must not use the forum as a place to vent this understandable frustration. Post the problem, give the details that you have of the cause or symptoms and watch your thread for questions from the developers that may help them find the cause.

I posted the apple crash. If You tell me where the log file you want on the Mac is I will post it.
