    Do I have the "Pro" version or not?

    Hi Folks. I have the latest version of DVDFab Media Player installed. At the top of the window on the left, there is a header saying DVDFab Media Player (Pro).

    When I click on the settings down arrow on the top right, I notice there is an offer to upgrade to the pro version. I believe I have the pro version but am not sure now that I see an offer to upgrade.

    Do I have pro or not? Thanks much and have a good weekend!

    If it says Pro on the left, you have it. You can check it by playing a Blu-ray disc in Menu mode. If it works, it is the Pro version.

      If you have not buy FabPlayer and activate FabPlayer, it should be Pro trial version.
      You can check the register status in License Info.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
