force closes with menu selection

I downloaded this a few weeks ago and used the free version. I just want to test .iso files. Every time I try and select the menu, the program locks up and force closes.

Is this normal (for the free version)?

I received an update notice, and downloaded it, but chose not to install because I wanted to back it up before installing. Now I cant find it and selecting the menu button has the above affect. How do I fix this?

Blu-ray menu navigation is only available in the Pro version or when you are in trial mode. I'm not sure what sort of message you would get if you tried it, but I think it should not just crash.

I can't even right click or select the menu. It crashes.

Shuts the program off. The only thing that works is drag and drop an .ISO and the transport keys at the bottom.

I can't even upgrade it or try the trial to see if I want to buy it.
