BD/Blu-Ray: "Grand Budapest Hotel"

Blue-Ray "Grand Budapest Hotel" never plays on player without problem: All the other movies, from every source, are working without problems! May be some thing is missing to work with this "never" protection inside this BD? Via AnyDVD I can reach "speedmenu". But, seldom, the original menu is seen. Selecting other language as english is not working. Some hints what to do???

Are you playing a backup or the original disc? I copied it without error and have watched it twice but not with the current version of Player.

Of course: original disc! Not copy anything but replay BD-disk on Laptop only.
A) Sorry, there is no log-folder found under the "DVDfab Media Player (Pro)" folder at all. I just found it ...
B) The player already send several error reports "automatically" with the E-mail address of my account here. So there is some evidence already at yours.
The TXT file is 130 kB and I can not upload it at all. Sorry. Message "to large".

How can I post the logfile? It is aprox. 130 KB ...

You can edit it to include only the relevant session using Notepad (it is just a text file). You can also compress it to a zip or rar file, which have higher upload limits. Still looking for my original disc, will try it today if possible.

It plays fine for me in Menu mode, but it takes some time to open. My disc is a multi-region (A,B,C) purchased in Region A on Amazon. See attached.
