    No Audio-Files?

    DVDFab Media Player won't play any Audio-File, no matter if it is MP3 oder AAC or whatever.
    Log just says that source is ok and player begin exit.

    Using version 2.5.0.3, I've just tried playing some AAC in .m4a files and you are correct they don't play, neither do AAC in .MP4 or AAC in .mov. DVDFab Media Player briefly flickers but does not play them!

    That said, elementary AAC in .aac files play okay. As do AAC in .mka...

    Personally, I don't have any problems playing elementary MP3 in .mp3 files

      What ist the difference between AAC in M4A files and AAC in AAC files?
      It's just a container. That shouldn't issue the player.

      What's your AVCodecID when playing MP3- oder AAC/MKA files?
      Please check your log file.

        I've actually just carried out some further tests and this particular issue appears to be 'cover art' related.

        Any audio file that contains cover art, prevents playback

          It seems, you're right. Thanks so far.
          But it is not the solution to remove all cover arts from my songs! ;-)

          What to do to report this as a bug and get it fixed?
