When trying to skip scenes, 3-4 times into a movie, the software codec doesn't keep up, neither does the DXVA codec. Please fix this as it is really annoying when trying to skip to scenes that I haven't watched when watching movies.....

latest, v3.1.0.2 and doesnt matter, tried with internal HDD and External HDD, not optical disc, just miniISOComment

When I use the FF/REW keys, the forward 2x,4x,etc is smooth with no problem from any Source (ISO, Folder, DVD or BD). The rewind function is jumpy, this is the way it has always worked as far as I can remember. I suspect it is the way the content is buffered when going backwards or it does not encounter the frame types in the proper order for smooth rendering.
