I am having an issue with the snapshot feature. after less than a second of use it causes the whole program to freeze up. Doesn't matter if I'm playing a DVD/Blu-ray or MP4 file.

I made this one with v3102 using the "s" on the keyboard with no problems, from a Blu-ray folder. Make sure the save location is accessible and you might try disabling hardware acceleration in Settings.
