I have the trial version of dvdfab version 3 that works perfectly. it expired yesterday, I followed the link for purchase which is for the version 5. now I have the version 5 registered, how can I get the version 3 work? (the version 5 has problem with HDR playback.)

The v3 is no longer for sale, but it should continue to work in trial mode. Since anyone that had a paid license for v3 got v5 for free, maybe they can do the same thing for you in reverse. Contact the Beijing staff using the Support link in the black bar at the top of any forum page.
