    #2
You mean they are defaulting to “on” instead of “off”?

In our test, if we use srt subtitle file and change subtitle settings, the settings can be remembered, but not the same case for ass external subtitle which is a bug. Please provide more information. Thanks.

I am afraid that Internal subtitle doesn't apply the subtitle settings in Player, it doesn't support.

Well then my question is why not support as media player 3 does play them correct why the step backwards for the best media player on the market?

Are you referring to the Subtitle Off settings (see image attached)? What are those subtitle settings you referred to? Please list them and specify or take a picture and show us. Thank you.

I set the other sub title settings switch by right clicking during playing movie and didn't know the settings in playback also had to be set for subtitles. The default should be (off) not (same as UL language) that mine was set to. Changing this setting resolved the issue.Thanks.

The right click Subtitle Off option won't be remembered, it is based on the Subtitle settings in Player Setting panel.
Since the case is figured out, I close it.
