Error Message

When I RIP to Hardisc I keep getting an Error Message Trouble reading and some options to click on:
Retry
Abort
Ignore
Ignore All
Can you advise what is causing this and a solution, thanks

Two possibilities: 1)The disc is dirty or damaged 2)it has a new protection variant. Please give us the title so the QA Team can try to reproduce the problem.

The DVD is Twins [1988] with Danny Devito and Arnold Sch. The disc appears in good condition, no scratches and looks clean. Apart from the error message it will not copy or populate to source when I RIP it to hard Disc, even after 5 to 6 minutes?

It should be able to handle this unless the disc is damaged. I will try to find a copy for testing.
