I had mailed directly to the support@dvdfab.com. I am enclosing the Log file here as well. The disc info is like this from Anydvd...
Total size: 19243008 sectors (37584 MBytes)
Video Blu-ray label: WRECK_IT_RALPH
Media is AACS protected!
AACS MKB version 31
Removed AACS copy protection!
From DVDFAB passkey I do not see anything...
Disc media: Blu-ray
Disc type: Data
Disc is not opened.
You should exit all other decrypters before starting Passkey, they conflict to some degree. I just got the Wreck It Ralph 2D BD+DVD combo pack for my grandson today, I will try it as time permits.
I exited all applications. But still no luck. ImgBurn, Isobuster, Anydvd are working fine, They cannot remove the protection though as they are trial versions.
I just tried the 2D BD of Wreck It Ralph with Passkey 8096, it opened fine and allowed playback on VLC. This was the BD that comes in the US combo pack version of the title, yours may be different. Anything that interferes with access to the optical drive for Passkey will cause the problem. Please check the filter drivers for the Source drive. You can do this and paste them into a post using Tools->Filter Driver load order in ImgBurn or the Filter Driver tab in DVDFab Inspector (also free).
With German (European) 3D version of Wreck it Ralph there will be no problem to copy the data to harddrive... the only problem will be, that there are lots of stream-files and it is not possible to make a real (NOT SBS) shrinked copy without stuttering.
It will be fine, if a never version will merge this stream-files into one big file (ok, 2 files because of real 3D (one for AVC and one for MVC)
