Fails to open "Only God Forgives" German Blu ray Steelbook

Hello,

I have a problem with playing a new blu ray I received yesterday.
It is the "Only God Forgives" blu ray steelbook exclusive from Germany and is
locked to region B. I am not sure how long it has been since this blu ray has
been released but it does not work with DVDfab passkey at the moment.
Other blu rays I have locked to region B works fine so I am guessing maybe the code for this is not added to the server yet. The fail log for this is as below.

I have tried turning off the BluPath option but it doesn't work.
My Passkey version is v8.2.1.0, I'd really appreciate your help.

Since it has been 4 months it should work right?

I don't know what the problem is, other blu-rays play just fine.

The US version of the disc seems to work, but the German version could certainly be different and may not be properly supported. I will refer this to the QA Team.

Hi jwy28,

The log seems very strange, please make sure:

1. The disc play ok in official player like PowerDVD or TMT;

2. There are no other tools that may interfere when Passkey runs;

Then, please try Passkey again to see the result.
