I am having a issue with "The Legend of Hercules" DVD. I am using Passkey 8.2.1.2. I have cleaned the disc and tried a LG Blu-ray player and Samsung DVD player (both with up to date firmware). I get a "Error while reading!" message after placing the DVD in the drive. I got the same error whether Pathfinder is enabled or disabled (both logs are attached). The DVD is region 1, purchased off Amazon. If I can provide any additional information that would be useful, please let me know. Thank you.

You have some read errors in your log. Try cleaning it even if brand new and check for scratches. It could be a manufacturing defect and if so you'd need to replace the disc.How to post the internal log
