Just to update, the create ISO successfully worked, but never had success with the rip to hard disk.

These two functions read the disc differently. Please attach the Passkey internal log for the rip to HDD that did not work. I have used this function many times with no problem, not sure what you are seeing but it may be related to copy protection.
