    Internet is required to open this Blu-ray disc

    Getting this error, however, I have verified good internet connection, firewall turned off, and running application as administrator.

    Not working here either. It appears to be a problem on Fengtao's side of the house - and all wrapped up in whatever they are doing with servers. I can't get Media Player to work either . . . same issue?

      A new Passkey will be released momentarily, please try it. Works fine for me. Hope it corrects what you are seeing, and I think it will.
