Passkey says my 2011 BD copy of West Side Story has a new protection. From the Passkey window: BluPath: full disc copy/play may not be supported or could not check that! Attached Please find the internal log from that disc.

Looks like Passkey can't reach the server for some reason. Working fine from here but I do not have the disc you are using.
