v8.2.6.5 dies after 10sec scan

I have uninstalled, cleaned registry and reloaded and still dies. v8.2.6.1 (only other version I have) works but comes up with message about new protection detected. MJ2 is the disc. Latest windows 10. Is it just me?

NOT just you. I just downloaded/installed v8.2.6.1 and the same thing is happening to me. I am also latest Windows 10 and MJ2.

Same for me. 8.2.6.5 and 8.2.6.6 just close down after a 10 or 15 second scan of the disk. Also using Windows 10. 8.2.6.4 was the last version that worked properly for me.
As a sidebar I also ran this in Windows 7 as my dual boot option on the same machine and the same thing happens.
Also tried it on a totally different machine with Win7 and the same shutdown occurs.
Something buggy with the last two versions for my setups. Anyone else running these successfully?
