I have two Blu-Ray discs, one of them I can rip @ 12-16 MB/sec. The other one my speed is only 0.7 MB/sec, which means it will take 8 hours to finish. What can I do? Why one of the discs is slow? It is a new 2017 movie I bought from Amazon.

You need to attach the Passkey internal log for the slow one. Could be a disc read problem or a decryption issue, no way to tell without the log session.
