BD-R DL media cannot be ripped.

Good evening,

Yesterday, I was told to update to the latest version of DVDFab passkey 9.0.3.2, and I did update. Then, I tried to rip a BD-R DL media, however it failed during media analyzing process. I launched passkey, inserted media to my drive and passkey started analyzing, but the popup progress bar on right bottom of screen suddenly disappeared, and the process failed. Neither the media was decrypted, nor I could rip the media. What should I check to solve the problem? Any advise would be appreciated!

I made wrong description... The version I tried was 9.3.0.2, not 9.0.3.2.

I tried 7 discs today, all those are not original pressed discs but are burned at Panasonic Blu-ray recorder, and TV programs formatted in MPEG-4/AVC are recorded. My previous comment includes additional information, but it seems not to be approved and cannot be seen yet. For those 7 discs, I've read the first 6 discs in the previous version and confirmed that it was ripped correctly, and this is the first time to read the last 7th disc. However, when I tried these 7 discs on the latest version, 3rd, 5th and 7th discs are failed on analysis process. On failed discs, popup progress bar displayed on the bottom right of screen suddenly disappeared and the discs were not decrypted.

Since I attached the log on this issue, please review it. If you need further information, please let me know that.

I have the same problem.

If the number of recorded TV programs is 8 or more, the same error will occur.
If the recorded TV program is 7, reading errors will occur during ripping.
If the recorded TV program is less than 6, it will succeed.

I hope to fix the problem as soon as possible.

The problem was solved by upgrading to Version 9.3.0.3.
