Inserted two discs from upcoming Shout Factory releases (Strait-Jacket and The Tingler) and both failed to load. Log attached in follow-up post.

And now I tried First Reformed (from Lionsgate) also failed to open. Attaching log file with all three. And to be sure it's not me, I was able to open The Flash Season 4 Disc 1 and The Unborn.

Since the titles are not available yet at retail, you should prepare and zip the files off of the discs excluding the STREAM folder (Passkey disabled) and upload them to the DVDFab ftp site.
