Should be better to use standard/group (not personal) email like trans@dvdfab.com and then you can forrward internally the email to the right person.

Now is not clear who is in charge of different aspects of the software and I down't know where/who is incharge for program debug or translations or others.

I suggest post new language file on the forum, when release new version, i will check the forum for new the language files.
