Passkey has been tested and works with:

1ClicktoDVDPro and Copy - Advanced I/O Mode Only
Nero Recode
AVS Copy
DVD neXTCopy V3 and 4 (without the machinist.dll)
DVD Shrink - Pathplayer Off with some content
DVDSubEdit (quick check for forced subs)
ImgBurn (Read Mode)
VLC (play VOB with File->Open)
WinDVD5 (play from original without UOPs)

and probably many more. If you have tried it with other applications, post the results in this thread. Thanks to Chameleon for providing his test results.

Worked with Roxio Creator 9 (that is 9, not 2009, era 2005-6ish) in several modes/modules(Roxio is a suite and contains a main program as well as several variants that perform specific tasks).

Does not work with Roxio 2010. Upgraded today, discs show as protected in all modes/modules I have tried.

Correction:
Works with Roxio 2010 with I/O Mode set to 'Advanced' under the General tab.

Thanks xubin. There aren't many settings to change in Passkey and I didn't know the function of this (still don't know what is does exactly, I only know that it is something that has been being updated and fixed lately that I have seen notes on in the beta releases).

Just read on another forum (one we all know well) that DVD Shrink can't use the output from Passkey with Pathplayer either enabled or disabled... different error messages, but the same end result... but only with certain discs...

Thanks for such a good program.

I'm using with Handbrake 0.9.4 it is great. Takes about 35min to convert DVD to MP4 on i7.

It may not work with Shrink with some content, but for most titles it's fine. I think the remaining incompatibilties are being addressed, and it is still a beta. Thanks to all that have supplied feedback so far.
