The new function "No need to open"

New: Added balloon tooltip "No need to open" for rewritable disc.

Can't really understand this new function. If I insert a +RW DVD with a DVD Movie on it it still opens as it do with regular DVDs and tells me in the balloon that it opens it and then that it managed to open it.

When do you see this text "No need to open"?

Just found out when the text is showing up.

It's when the discs are empty and it's not only on the re writeable discs. Ordinary -/+ writeable discs also shows the message.

Think it was the word rewritable in the release note that tricked me.

The "re-writable" reference I think means Passkey has assumed that the disc is already decrypted, although this is not universally true for movies on recordable media. At least two studios sell obscure titles on recordable media.
