May I ask why this is an issue anyhow?

Because it removes bd live and sometimes i want to see the bd live content.
and it should work anyways because it is an option there for a reason

Is this effect in DVDFab or Passkey? Not clear to me.

              Passkey only.

(well both i guess remove the region and both do it similarly, but i am referring to passkey)

Passkey as well has a check box to check to remove or keep BD-Live and you need to uncheck that as well if you want to keep BD-Live

What is going on with me?
                  now it works

                  After restart ???

BTW the bd live and rc are tied together. if you enable bd-live you disable region removal.
