Passkey with HdBrStreamExtractor

Ones in a while I receive Dutch questions about products from DVDFab.
Most of the time I can give them a good answer.
So they are happy.

I tell them also that I am only a translator for the products of DVDFab, and redirect them to the Forum.

This time I could not help him.

So maybe someone can answer the next question for me.

Hallo Timothy,

I am working with HdBrStreamExtractor to rip subs from Blue-ray disc.
With xxxxxx it is working perfectly, but not with DVDFab Passkey v8.0.0.1.

1) Does DVDFab Passkey support HdBrStreamExtractor?

2) If not, will it do in the future?

How about the latest v8.0.0.2, we might have fixed this bug.

Sorry, I did suggest to installing Passkey v.8.0.0.2.
And to let me know if this solved the problem.

But still have no answer back from him.

Hello,
I tried to put the I/0 settings (version 8.0.0.2) to advanced but still HdBrStreamExtractor doesn't want to work

Iff i have a breaktrough i will post it here.
I hope it will work in future updates.

What OS do you use?

I have tested in Windows 7 64-bit with Avatar blu-ray disc, HdBrStreamExtractor rip subs successfully.

I also use windows 7 64bit. The Blu ray drive is external.
DVDfab passkey recognize the blu ray drive without a problem.
Strange that it will not work with me, would be fantastic if i can only use DVDfab products

I even opened HdBrStreamExtractor as administrator.

But now i know that it works with you, then has the problem be with me. I keep trying, and also keep the forums checked for possibles solutions

ps: i used also Avatar: i can see the m2ts file but can't see the streams btw in HdBrStreamExtractor

Yes, version 8.0.0.4 fixed the corruption bug I was having. Maybe it will do the same for you.
