DVDFab DVDFab Toolkit v1.0.1.2 Normalization - Output file 0 blocks!

I just purchased DVDfab Toolkit today. Tested normalizing on some MP4 files and it was working fine. Tried normalizing my collection of Andy Griffith TV shows, but the output files are all 0 blocks. And now all output files are 0 blocks!! Thoughts?

Inexplicable without seeing your log file, please attach it to a post. What is showing “zero blocks”? If you are not using v1.0.1.2, try that.

Thank you. A am running v1.0.1.2 (that was not a choice when I opened this post). Also, my files are on a Synology NAS, not on my local computer hard drive. The output .mp4 file size shows 0KB.

There are some errors in the log, may be read problems. The developers will have to check it and the office is closed until Feb 19, sorry for the delay.

Thank you, signals. I am willing to try DVDfab Toolkit on a different computer here, in case there is an issue with the machine it's on now. Will it let me install it on a 2nd computer?

It depends on how many licenses you have, if it doesn’t work, uninstall the existing one.

Thank you again, signals. Well I'm glad I just tested DVDFab Toolkit on another computer, because it worked there just fine. The computer I first installed it on I use for "testing software/apps" before I install them on my main computer. I think I've installed several dozen video/audio tools prior to finding DVDFab Toolkit. It may be some obscure interaction between some other program and this. I would like to identify the cause and resolve it, although the problem is clearly something with my first computer, and I have a work-around by using it elsewhere.

I am very glad to hear that, there are many things that can cause software conflicts with DVDFab products because to offer the power and flexibility that Fab users enjoy it is required that Fab and its components not be quarantined or blocked and have unfettered access to the pc’s resources. Not uncommon with security software and internet guards like Windows Firewall/Defender.
