Ok, just got the new HTC Sensation. I'd like to start loading my back ups to watch on my Sensation like I use to with my Ipod. Does anyone have suggestions as to which profile I sould use?

First, you should use DVD Ripper or Blu-ray Ripper, not Video Converter.
