    Issue With Converted Video...

I've used DVDFab for quite awhile now and have been very happy with it! I purchased the video conversion module last night but when I use it, finished product gives me video that's upside down and mirrored! I was trying to convert flv to avi and then tried flv to mkv; same result. Anyone know how I can fix this?

    Thanks!!

The first step in any fix is to post the DVDFab internal log for the problem conversion. Please do that so we can help you. Are you playing the files back on your PC or some other device?

Just tried it again with same results; here is my internal log:

        4m 15.28s: ------ cancel all mobile work -------

Small preview screen (bottom left) shows the correct video orientation; larger preview screen while file is being converted shows image upside down and mirrored. I watched the converted mkv file and it was also upside down and mirrored. Thanks for your help.

Please update to v8.1.2.8 (if you haven't) and post the DVDFab internal log. That is always step one.
