DVDFab 8.0.8.5 will not convert MOV files to MKV.

DVDFab 8.0.8.5 will not convert MOV files to MKV.
I select Video Converter, to MKV, check the MOV file, and select generic.mkv.h264.aac, then click Start, and DVDFab will only increment Total Time Elapsed. I let it run for over 9 hours, and percent is still 0%. The MOV file is only 32 KB. I also tried the other 6 MKV profiles and other MOV files, only Total Time Elapsed increments.
