Seem incapable of converting MOV file to WMV file

I am in a Vista operating system and I have 2 days to accomplish a series of file conversions.

Basically the conversion never seems to start...DVD fab always just hangs up.

It states that the process has started or else it is analyzing the file.
The file size I am choosing is a small professionally made file of either 65 or 25 KB

I am not a tech but a normal user who is somewhat IT literate...I don't have time to screw around with this...I just need a solution to convert files...can anyone help me.

Post the DVDFab internal log file, we can't tell anything without more information.
