Any way to apply a denoise filter on h264?

I am encoding a mkv from a blu ray folder, and the thing is that the movie in question has a lot of grainy noise in the film, and it will be great any denoise filter on it, like i used to do on other h264 encoding tools like handbrake, for example.

Is it even possible??

No, sorry. You should use BD Ripper, not Video Converter, to convert Blu-rays to MKV.
