I am embroiled in a dispute with dvdfab tech support over the issue of 2d to 3d and other issues such as an error 500.00.1 or the like. I have been emailing back and forth with a Vivian and now have shared 42 emails! This is because when I first checked out dvdfab on my ASUS K52JT, it worked perfectly. I ordered the all-in-one package and all was going well, when upon updating, the software began to produce nothing but errors. After trying several emails with Vivian, she basically told me that since it worked on my son's computer, it had to be my computer. I have removed the program and ALL references in the registry, I have redownloaded all software and installed with antivirus off, I have sent all screenshots of the errors I have received and I have sent in all logs each and every time! To no avail. And now the software is no longer working on my son's computer either. The same error 500.00.1 or the like. I have gotten no help from tech support and I am VERY FRUSTRATED with the level of support. Here are the most recent errors and logs in case anyone can help out. I would greatly appreciate it.

Looks like you may be selecting a PCM or LPCM audio track in the source. Select a different audio track and give it a whirl.How to post the internal log
