Preset Select

I originally ripped my Blu-Rays with no compression but as my 21TB NAS box is filling up I am converting to mkv.h264.audiocopy 10 at a time.

My issue is with previous releases I could set the default profile so that once each title had been, 'scanned' and appeared in the job list I could just hit start and off it went but now I have to manually select this profile for every file otherwise it defaults to mkv.h264.aac

Why has this feature been removed for v9?

It is probably not so much that it has been removed, just that it hasn't been added yet. What you are really asking for is the "Set As Default" button I think, but I can't give you an exact time frame when it may re-appear. Put it in the Feature Request forum, the developers check there regularly.
