    Adjusting brightness ?

Is there a way to adjust the brightness some where ?
All i have tried to convert with it ends up having a much brighter image than the source video files.
This also happens in the ripper.

I agree this would be nice. Many software players have controls for this, but most of the ones I make are too dark! May depend on the settings on your video card.

Taking your sunglasses off usually helps.

Im using a hardware player, WD TV Live Hub. Just a little annoying that i have to adjust the brightness on my TV each time i play my own creations.
Then it would be nice if there was something like a "keep original image" setting in both the ripper and converter, so the image looks exactly the same as it does on the source video.
