unable to detect subtitle of .ts file

I have a few .ts files that are recorded by PVR. When I have dvdfab media pro played the file, it allows me to select subtitle, but when I attempt to convert .ts to .mp4 file with dvdfab converter, it doesn't detect the subtitle, no option to select which subtitle to rip.

coolala, please install MediaInfo if you do not have it (free) and let it analyze one of these .ts PVR files and post or attach the results.

This looks sort of like a recording off of Japanese TV. I am not sure the decoder in DVDFab can recognize the DVB (broadcast-type) format of the subs. I will ask someone on the Staff to take a look at it.

This type of sub file is not currently supported, sorry. Perhaps it can be added in the future.

            HTML Code:
fav player plays this file with subtitle well. Can you please add the subtitle support in dvdfab as well? Thanks.
