    I'm targeting near original video quality for the encodes.
    For that, I'm using 60% of the h264 bitrate, which is the average performance comparison between h264 and h265, according to the reviews I've read.

    I agree that you don't need that much to get good results, but as I said, I'm aiming for near original quality.

      The bitrate issue should be fixed in the new version 9177.

      Please try again and tell me the result.

      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

          So this looks good.
