    Loading MP4 sources not working

    Hi,

    Loading of sourcefiles (MP4) to be converted seems not to work.
    I can select the files, but they aer not added on the screen.

    Please scan one of these MP4s with MediaInfo and post the output. No error messages? A DVDFab internal log file might also be helpful.

      Hi,

      Please try the latest version V9177 Beta, we did some fixed for opening file issue.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
