DVDFab Converted Video - Having issues moving time slider (takes long time)

After I convert/trim/merge files in DVDFab, I am seeing an issue that when I move the time slider, it takes a "really long" time for the video to start back up. I searched the web and I found references to "key frames", but can't tell in the settings how to make sure DVDFab is inserting enough key frames so advancing the time sliders doesn't take a long time.

Any help would be appreciated.
