Trying to convert The Santa Clause 3 to x265 with pass through AC-3 audio. After it's converted it looks stop motion video, missing a whole bunch of frames. The source is VC-1, I always seem to have issues with VC-1 source disks. Is this a bug or I'm I missing something?

If you have the internal log session from the bad conversion, please attach it to a new post. In my experience, even original discs encoded with VC-1 don't look very good.
