I've just buyed a = LIFETIME account.

You're program doesn't work, like it shout be.
You're program stops converting, randomly. And I'm sick of it.

24 hours, using Elektricity for NOTHING !!!

I want my money back. Or at least a PART of it !!
I was a member for 8-9 weeks !!

Jack, the program does work but you may have some problems using it judging from your other threads. You probably should send an email to the Support Team for some help. The software is excellent and the guys at dvdfab can not help if you can not work in properly , take a chill pill and look into why you are getting issues as i use this software every day with no issues at all

Jack10492: This is the BEST software around..I've tried several... I had a few issues myself when I purchased it back in 2007 but the Support Team was awesome and stayed with me to get the problem fixed. Give them a chance and you won't regret it.

We are terrible sorry that you encounter problem when using DVDFab.

Please kindly explain what happened during the process. What kind of files did you encounter this "stops converting" problem? Please post dvdfab_internal.log file about the problem, we will try our best to figure it out for you.

Jack, post your exact issue here and the staff and I will help you fix it, I am not staff but I have been using this great software for many years, you are smart to have bought it, now lets get you using it and loving it like many of us do. Dont worry, you will get used to it , did you use the free trial? Did it work then?
