Convertor half the speed of version 10

Hi I am using convertor MP4 H265 10 bit converting a MKV to MP4. Movie is Aleta battle angel Fab version 1175 runs at 148 FPS on a I-7 using cuda for h265 and takes 20 mins. Same movie exact same settings runs almost twice as fast in version 10 254 FPS and 11 mins. convert time both uses cuda for encode/decode.
Can Fab please check this different movies same results Fab 1175 running slow compared to version 10.

I noticed the same slow conversion used the same movie and others latter stopped the conversion when 1/2 done loaded same in version 10 ran almost twice as fast.If you need the log from version 10 let me know everything was set the same latest cuda drivers.

Todays new NVIDA driver 442.50 has solved this problem and Fab 11 back up to speed.
