I have noticed that many of my MKV files when converted to MP4 changes the video ratio. For example an MKV with the ratio of 720x480 (3x4) when attempting to convert only allows 852x480 (16x9), 720x404, and other options with similar ratios of 16x9. How do I get the same ratio and/or the same pixel size? I do have test sample (small size) to show issue.

To try and duplicate the problem you have reported some additional details are needed:
1) Were the mkv files made with DVDFab’s Ripper module? 2)Were they re-encoded or made with the Passthrough option?
