I bought the DVDFab converter and would like to withdraw from the purchase because of numerous errors in the program.

The process is to contact the Service Team by email, not here. Use the “Contact Us” button here or on the website. Refunds for the DRM Downloader are only available during the first 30 days after purchase. There are no refunds for the DVDFab Copy, Converter, Ripper etc. modules.
