Screen Resolution not applying to all

I am trying to downsize some tv shows to save space on my hard drive. However whenever I change settings, such as lowering the resolution or changing the quality of the video it does not apply the settings to all files, only the one I am changing, even with the apply to all setting enabled.

That is correct, Fab can’t do anything to a file to that is not open and being converted. The Apply to All setting means to all future files that you load will use the same settings when another file is loaded using the same profile.
