Unable to use Cuda with new laptop

I have a new laptop with a Nvidia GTX 1650 w/ Max-Q Design. I am running Windows 11. Whenever I try to enable Cuda in video converter, I always get the error 'Process failed due to the CUDA GPU hardware acceleration initiation failure', and it switches back to CPU mode. The laptop also has Intel integrated graphics, but I have the Nvidia card set as the preferred graphics card, and I have DVDFab set to use the Nvidia graphics as well....

I am able to use Cuda just fine in other software, just no luck in DVDFab. I am running the latest available version of the Nvidia driver. Any ideas on a solution or work-around? Thanks in advance.
