No, it is not. The only time this should happen is if you have authorized Fab on another PC or made drastic changes to the operating environment or registry.
Its doing the same thing for me. No changes on registry or operating environment. I have to authorize it again and it does say it is now authorized. And its only one computer out of my 5 authorizations that does it.
Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
So far 10.0.7.9 isn't exhibiting the fault of asking for authorization every time it is started, in fact it hasn't asked at all.
Fingers crossed that's the end of it.
Flabber,
Thanks for the feedback, you should edit the log file using Notepad to show only the log session that relates to your problem. You can also make a "clean" log file by closing DVDFab and then deleting the LOG folder altogether, it will make a new one when DVDFab is restarted. Details for the procedure are linked in my sig, below.
It is working normally for me also. The server connection I think has some error trapping which may show up in one of the logs. There have not been any server outages that I have heard of. I check the registration server several times a day.
