Jigsaw is saying there is a solution, after clicking the cinavia removal logo it does not download the patch. For chappie saying there is a solution but there is no cinavia logo in the audio?

It shows the logo to me for the US retail version.

First log is chappie, second log jigsaw witch is working fine for blu ray, third log is jigsaw to mp4 not working.

The patch for "Jigsaw" has been downloaded before, so this time it will not download again. The output file shall not contain Cinavia info.

We are checking the problem with movie "chappie". For now, you can manually select title 1 via "Choose other titles" windows to proceed.

third log is jigsaw to mp4 not working.

Please go to Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box and uncheck the option "Enable Lightning-Recoding when applicable (accelerate H.264 software decoding and encoding)" to try again.

If still have problem, please post the latest dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file.
