More info is needed. Please tell us what product, what profile and what subtitle settings you used for the process, etc..

Post the dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file here and send us a copy of the external subtitle.

    Regards,
    Mona

        the error is still there.
The UT are at too different places.
        Media Player (HiMedia 900B) crashes.
Player Mede8er has this gray box in the picture below.

              Update:

We could reproduce the problem (on software player), will look into it as soon as possible. Thanks.

For now, you can disable "crop automatically" in Common Settings>Conversion>Convert to have a try.

                  Hi D300,

We don't have Himedia900B, so we test it on other devices, the subtitle problem cannot be reproduced.

Could you please name some of the 3D movies (top/bottom format) that are playback correctly, and show us how they play on your devices? Thank you.

                  Regards,
                  Mona

Please take a picture of the playback result from this competition program from Switzerland and send it to us, so that we can see the difference clearly, thank you again.

you could try in one of the two fields completely omit the subtitles...
                            maybe that could help
                            ..............
                            But
as you convert the half-top / bottom pictures
can always do with the TV, that is a very good result

                              Hi D300,

With the latest version of DVDFab, we have tested on other devices and our Movie Server, we don't reproduce the problem, so in this case, we would suggest you report this problem to Mede8er and Himedia900b and see if they can offer you any advice. Thanks.
