    More info is needed. Please tell us what product, what profile and what subtitle settings you used for the process, etc..

    Post the dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file here and send us a copy of the external subtitle.

        the error is still there.
        The UT are at too different places.
        Media Player (HiMedia 900B) crashes.
        Player Mede8er has this gray box in the picture below.

              Update:

              We could reproduce the problem, will look into it as soon as possible. Thanks.

              For now, you can disable "crop automatically" in Common Settings>Conversion>Convert to have a try.

                I did that !!
                then player Himedia900B plus 3D TV from LG
